In our continuing efforts to make connecting with our customers as easy as possible, we have joined forces with Zendesk. We're hoping that this new customer service connection will make it even easier for our customers to get answers to common questions, open support tickets with our friendly, knowledgeable staff, and more as soon as possible.
If you have any questions, suggestions, comments or concerns with this new customer support format, please feel free to post us messages about it. We're trying to make this program work for our customers. If there is something that could be here that would help you, please let us know.

person named Brian Charles Randal sent me an email about a golf DVD saying that he paid me for the DVD and asking where his DVD was. I have NOTHING to do with the golf program and received no payment from Brian. I am NOT an Affiliate for this product. I would like to know where he got my email address. I have a website that promotes a golf system and perhaps he visited that site (golfswingguru.com). I checked on my clickbank account and had no orders for Golfswingguru though.

At the beginning of November, I purchased a DVD (How to hit the draw) The money has been taken from my account on November 11th last, but I still have not received the DVD, I have tried to email you but without success. Please advise when I can expect to receive this item.

I signed up for the "How to Hit a Draw Video" I Can see that the money has been taken from my credit card account but I have not received an acknowledgement email. I asume you are going to send me the video.

Your site and your downloads leave a lot to be desired. I wasted my money and the downloads are all the same for all the different activities. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I will try to get my money back through Paypal.

Your submissions weren't closed, they were merged into a single ticket. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear from notifications that you were getting from the system. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I have sent several submissions (2) to this new customer service group. They are terrible. They simply closed my submissions without a reply of any sort. If they do not have an answer - just have them tell me so I can come directly to you (golfswingguru.com) and get an answer.
